A leading national provider of graduation and commencement products is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to support schools, districts, and higher education clients. This role is ideal for a polished sales professional with experience in regalia, commencement services, or graduation product sales. Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will manage and expand a portfolio of educational accounts across the U.S. You will leverage industry knowledge, build deep relationships, and deliver tailored product solutions that support memorable commencement experiences for students and faculty. This role requires a proactive, consultative seller who understands the seasonal and detail-oriented nature of graduation planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of K-12 and higher education accounts.
Drive new business development through prospecting and relationship building.
Develop sales strategies targeting key decision-makers such as graduation coordinators, administrators, and procurement teams.
Leverage existing industry contacts to expand market presence.
Provide product recommendations and oversee order management from initiation to fulfillment.
Stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Track sales performance, meet KPI targets, and prepare regular reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Some travel required during peak season.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in regalia, commencement, or graduation product industries.
Strong existing contacts in K-12 and/or higher education.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal sales environment.
