Part-Time Staffing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Part-Time Staffing Operations Manager to join our small but mighty team in Richardson, TX. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and supporting a high-volume recruiting environment. You’ll work from our office with flexibility to work from home part of the week once you're up to speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage weekly candidate submittals and recruiting performance data

  • Create and distribute weekly operations reports for internal and client use

  • Provide sourcing support across job boards, LinkedIn, and talent databases

  • Post, update, and manage job ads

  • Maintain candidate pipeline tracking and help keep the ATS organized and current

  • Coordinate interviews, prep materials, and follow up with candidates as needed

  • Spot process gaps and bring forward smart, simple solutions

  • Support general HR or recruiting projects as needed

You’ll Thrive If You:

  • Are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Are highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Bring a proactive mindset and love solving problems without waiting to be told

  • Have prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support (preferred, not required)

  • Can work independently but enjoy collaborating with a small, close-knit team

  • Are bilingual (English/Spanish) — a plus, not a requirement

Role Details:

  • Part-time (20–32 hours per week)
