We’re looking for a Part-Time Staffing Operations Manager to join our small but mighty team in Richardson, TX. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and supporting a high-volume recruiting environment. You’ll work from our office with flexibility to work from home part of the week once you're up to speed.
Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage weekly candidate submittals and recruiting performance data

Create and distribute weekly operations reports for internal and client use

Provide sourcing support across job boards, LinkedIn, and talent databases

Post, update, and manage job ads

Maintain candidate pipeline tracking and help keep the ATS organized and current

Coordinate interviews, prep materials, and follow up with candidates as needed

Spot process gaps and bring forward smart, simple solutions

Support general HR or recruiting projects as needed
You’ll Thrive If You:

Are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Are highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Bring a proactive mindset and love solving problems without waiting to be told

Have prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support (preferred, not required)

Can work independently but enjoy collaborating with a small, close-knit team
