Territory Sales Manager (100% Remote)

About the Role
We are a growing national organization with a strong reputation in our space, offering a more agile and hands-on environment than larger, more traditional brands. We are seeking a 100% remote Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and grow new business across a defined territory.

While experience working with K-12 schools, districts, or higher education is strongly preferred, we are open to strong sales professionals from adjacent or transferable industries who are excited to learn the education space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within an assigned territory
  • Build relationships with administrators and key decision-makers
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Recommend tailored product and service solutions
  • Oversee orders from quote through delivery
  • Maintain CRM activity and meet performance goals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a remote environment
  • Travel during peak seasons as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience selling into education preferred, but not required
  • Backgrounds in promotional products, uniforms, spirit wear, recognition products, or similar industries are a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
