About the Role We are a growing national organization with a strong reputation in our space, offering a more agile and hands-on environment than larger, more traditional brands. We are seeking a 100% remote Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and grow new business across a defined territory.
While experience working with K-12 schools, districts, or higher education is strongly preferred, we are open to strong sales professionals from adjacent or transferable industries who are excited to learn the education space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within an assigned territory
Build relationships with administrators and key decision-makers
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
Recommend tailored product and service solutions
Oversee orders from quote through delivery
Maintain CRM activity and meet performance goals
Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a remote environment
Travel during peak seasons as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of sales or account management experience
Experience selling into education preferred, but not required
Backgrounds in promotional products, uniforms, spirit wear, recognition products, or similar industries are a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred
