About the Role:
A leading provider of products and services to educational institutions is looking for a motivated Territory Sales & Account Manager to grow and manage a defined book of business. This role combines new business development, key account management, and consultative selling. You will oversee the full sales cycle, maintain consistent outreach, and build strong relationships with schools and organizations in your territory. CRM accuracy, customer engagement, and strategic planning are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new accounts within the assigned territory (full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close).

  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Strengthen and grow existing client relationships to support retention and year-over-year revenue growth.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; develop a territory strategy accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional initiatives, events, and customer programs.

  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation of all client interactions, sales activities, and forecasting updates.

  • Represent the organization with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or marketing; experience selling to schools or similar markets is preferred.

  • Proven success managing a territory and executing full-cycle sales.

  • Proficiency with NetSuite CRM or similar platforms, plus MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.

  • Highly customer-focused with strong follow-through, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

  • Salary plus commission
