What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and key stakeholders across the region
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that enhance visibility, engagement, and long-term support
• Represent the organization at events, community initiatives, and networking opportunities
• Lead outreach efforts to increase brand presence and deepen community connections
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnerships with programming and organizational priorities
• Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives that contribute to overall growth and sustainability
• Track engagement efforts and outcomes to inform future strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years in partnerships, external relations, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and community partners
• Experience working in community-facing, civic, education, or service-oriented environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Experience contributing to sponsorships, partnerships, or revenue-generating initiatives preferred
