We’re hiring a Transactional Associate Attorney to join a boutique law firm known for its national presence in business and healthcare law. This is a non-litigation role—ideal for attorneys who enjoy structuring deals, drafting contracts, and advising growing businesses.
What You'll Do:

• Work on corporate and commercial transactions from formation to closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements
• Support clients with governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with a close-knit legal team that values quality, clarity, and service

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of transactional experience (internships and clerkships welcome)
• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in healthcare law is a plus—but not required
