Senior Manager of Human Resources.
Position: Full-Time, Senior Manager of Human Resources.
Location: North Dallas, TX
Compensation: $125,000 base salary
A growing, privately held company in North Dallas is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead the full HR function.
This is a true HR department-of-one role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of HR. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, support employees and leaders directly, and help build the HR infrastructure needed as the organization continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone who is highly service-oriented, approachable, practical, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. One day you may be working through payroll or benefits questions, and the next you may be coaching a leader, managing an employee relations issue, or helping leadership think through organizational growth.
What You’ll Own
What We’re Looking For
The Ideal Candidate
You’re an experienced HR leader who understands that in a smaller organization, being strategic and being hands-on are not mutually exclusive.
You enjoy being close to the employees and the business. You’re comfortable answering a benefits question, resolving a payroll issue, coaching a manager through performance concerns, and then sitting down with leadership to discuss how the organization should evolve as it grows.
You’re resourceful, practical, and focused on providing a high level of service while building strong, scalable HR practices.
