We're Looking for a Sales Pro Who Knows the Education Landscape
We’re growing fast in the graduation regalia space — caps, gowns, stoles, tassels, diploma covers, the whole ceremony. We’re winning business because we move faster, think differently, and stay close to our customers. What we need now is a salesperson who can do the same.
If you’ve sold into K–12 or Higher Ed, understand the rhythm of the academic calendar, and you can talk to superintendents, principals, or procurement leaders without blinking — we want to talk. We’re not looking for generalist B2B. We’re looking for someone who can walk into a school conversation and already speaks the language.
This role is for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, owns revenue like it's personal, and can show past wins with real sales numbers. We want someone who can manage existing accounts but isn't afraid to hunt, prospect, and build new business — especially during peak graduation cycle.
Experience with regalia or similar school products (spirit wear, uniforms, recognition items, academic apparel, etc.) is a major plus. If you understand how to build relationships with administrators and you know how to convert conversations into purchase orders, you’ll fit right in.
You'll Spend Your Time:
Growing an assigned territory and expanding existing accounts
Prospecting and opening new doors (you’re not shy about outreach)
Helping schools choose regalia products that make graduation unforgettable
Moving deals from quote → production → delivery with care and ownership
Tracking performance in a CRM and hitting goals with confidence
