We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join us and play a key role in supporting new clients through a smooth and engaging onboarding process.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful start. This is not a sales role — it’s about relationship-building, communication, and making the client experience seamless.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the key point of contact for prospective and new clients.
Manage scheduling and respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
Draft and share tailored onboarding roadmaps after discovery calls.
Prepare and send engagement agreements.
Support post-engagement communications and lead nurturing.
Track onboarding metrics and report on team KPIs.
Partner with the Client Intake Team to improve onboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For
Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience in customer service, client relations, or account coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Prior administrative or account management experience preferred but not required.
