Client Success Intern - ONSITE - Law Firm
Location: The Gild Buildings, Dallas, TX 75206
Hours: 16 to 29 hours a week - Mon-Thu.
(Hours can be flexible depending on student's class schedule)
Pay:
- $16/hr - 1-2 years of college completed
- $17/hr - 3-4 years of college completed

The Client Success intern is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Client Success team. This position is for a motivated, high performing team player with excellent time management, communication, organizational, and technical skills. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a self-starter. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of client services and legal billing. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of People and Culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining client reports.
- Assist with creating documents, spreadsheets, and all forms of correspondence, both internal and external.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with monthly legal billing.
- Assist with weekly and monthly auditing and reporting.
- Assist with the development of firm processes.
- Provides general administrative support such as answering the phones, time entry, filing maintenance (electronic), and updating Hubspot and Outlook contacts.
- Assist with Partner time entry.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Outlook Calendar and applications including Teams and Zoom.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize their workload and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to work independently
- Reliable, professional, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Law firm experience is not necessary
