Control Room Operator - Night
Continental Night Shift: 6PM to 6:30AM
Location: South Fort Worth

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and an interest in quality control and operations? We’re looking for a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and manage green coffee receiving lines and release bins following authorization procedures.
• Oversee the flow and schedule of receiving, roasting, and grinding operations while ensuring quality parameters are met.
• Set up coffee for packaging lines in a timely manner, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Update and adjust blend formulas as needed according to blend change procedures.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Report issues and status updates to supervisors, planners, quality teams, and coworkers.
• Direct and train support operators in control room operations, housekeeping, and other responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including thermal cleaning of roasters, cleaning pelletizers, and managing dust collection/chaff systems.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience in roasting and grinding operations.
• Strong understanding of control room operations, including Green Bean Receiving and Packaging lines.
• Valid forklift certification and JLG lift qualifications.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly with team members.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and great organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
• Dedication to keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Committed to following all equipment and facility safety procedures.
• Flexibility with work hours and willingness to perform other duties as needed.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
