Green Bean Operator
Location: South Fort Worth

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team that helps deliver high-quality products? We're looking for a Green Bean Operator to support our coffee production process from the very beginning—handling and inspecting green coffee beans.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visually inspect green coffee beans to ensure quality and identify defects.
- Perform cross-sectional sampling before unloading begins.
- Sign in and manage trailer documentation accurately.
- Safely and efficiently unload trailers using vacuum or gravity feed systems.
- Complete all required paperwork and work orders with attention to detail.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Comfortable climbing in and out of trailers from ground level.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of pulling and dragging green bean sacks (up to 160 lbs) with assistance.
- Comfortable using stairs and ladders as needed.
- Stand-up Reach Truck certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong math skills, especially in addition and subtraction.
- Able to manage time and resources effectively.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility with work hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
