Master Sanitation Operator

We're looking for a Master Sanitation Operator to support our manufacturing operations and ensure we maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carry out sanitation duties across the plant, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment in accordance with the Master Sanitation Plan.
• Manage daily trash removal throughout manufacturing areas.
• Maintain proper use of PPE (hair nets, boot covers, beard covers, etc.).
• Monitor, inventory, and restock essential cleaning supplies like paper towels, wipes, and cleaners.
• Notify supervisors of any required repairs or equipment issues
• ​​​​​​​Accurately complete documentation related to cleaning tasks.
• ​​​​​​​Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including GMPs, equipment pre-start checks, and food safety procedures.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Ability to prioritize and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
• ​​​​​​​Comfortable following written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for completing inventory and documentation tasks.
• A team player who can also work well independently.
• Willingness to learn and adopt best practices in manufacturing sanitation.
• Awareness and commitment to safe operating procedures.
• Strong initiative and ability to follow through on plans.
• Willing to complete training on equipment operation as needed.
