Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to support health benefits delivery.
Engage in advanced technical tasks and direct interactions with clients.
Prepare bid specifications, analyze proposals, and generate financial reports.
Conduct renewal analyses, benefit plan pricing, and complex data analysis.
Develop budget projections and claims cost analyses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in math, science, or actuarial science preferred.
Strong mathematical or accounting skills.
Excellent communication abilities and software proficiency.
0-3 years of relevant experience in benefits analysis or underwriting.
Progress towards actuarial exams and credentialing is advantageous.
Robust project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
