In this confidential role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership to effectively implement local initiatives, while also executing regional and corporate programs. Your primary focus will be to create an environment that not only attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent throughout the OpCo but also contributes significantly to achieving our business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the HRBP to execute core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development, and transitional return-to-work procedures.
- Offer coaching and guidance to leaders and associates, particularly in areas related to HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with the HRBP to actively drive an inclusive and diverse culture within the organization.
- Manage employee and labor relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in determining training needs and develop programs to enhance performance and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Development.

Experience: 5 years of experience in Human Resources management. Three years of supervisory experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Proven experience working with attorneys, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and senior leadership.
