CDL Forklift Operator - Warehouse.

We are hiring for  NIGHT Shift
Until May/2025: 3rd Shift - M-F 8hrs shift
June 1st 2025: Starts 12hrs Continental Shifts NIGHTS: 6 PM to 6:30 AM
Location: 7800 Will Rogers Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76140

Start Rate: $19.81 | +$1 Night Differential 
Biweekly Payment | around 84 hours per pay period. 

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced CDL Forklift Operator to join our team at our distribution center in Fort Worth.  In this role, you will use material handling and computer equipment to perform receiving and shipping duties in accordance with department and company-wide set standards. 

We are looking for individuals who have the flexibility to work varying shifts, as shift times and patterns can change based on business needs.  We are currently hiring for the below shifts:

  • Continental Day shifts: 6:00am - 6:15pm. 
  • Continental Night shifts: 6:00pm to 6:15am.  

What you get to do:

  • Locate and pull requested quantities of specified lot and product number as designated on RF Terminal.
  • Prepare or repackage, to specifications, orders being received or shipped.
  • Use a computer console and/or RF terminal to perform transactions related to the physical movement of materials or product.
  • Shunt product from Plant to Distribution Center and unload to designated locations.
  • Verify the physical accuracy of all computer transactions performed.
  • At each day’s end, return equipment to designated charging station, and prepare equipment for daily (overnight) charge.
  • Assist with physical inventory, as needed.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and neat fashion.
  • Follow all established safety procedures.

What you bring to the role:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Class A CDL required.
  • Current standup reach forklift training and certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehousing, shipping and receiving terms and preparations.
  • Ability to follow and provide written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Strong counting and numbers skills; basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a safe and clean manner.
  • Strong safety mindset.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds safely.
  • Have good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills.
  • Ability to work a 24x5 shift schedule.
  • Able to work overtime and periodic weekends, as needed.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
