Apply to Digital Designer & Marketing Specialist

Bruno is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a Digital Designer to join a growing creative team. This is hybrid role that in office 3 days a week.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong combination of creative design and hands-on digital implementation. The ideal candidate can create polished, engaging digital work and confidently build and execute it within platforms such as WordPress and email marketing systems.
This is not a design-only position. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable moving from concept and design through actual digital execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build engaging email marketing campaigns and templates

• Build, edit, and maintain web pages within WordPress, including working with page builders such as Elementor

• Create digital and social media graphics across campaigns and channels

• Support paid social advertising through the development and implementation of campaign creative

• Translate creative briefs and complex messaging into clear, engaging digital experiences

• Ensure designs are implemented correctly and consistently across web and email platforms

• Partner with Marketing & Communications and other internal teams to support organizational goals

• Review web and email experiences and identify opportunities to improve design, usability, and engagement

• Maintain digital assets and support content-management workflows

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team

• A portfolio demonstrating strong web, email, social, and digital design

• Hands-on WordPress/CMS experience — candidates should be comfortable actually building and editing pages, not simply providing designs to a developer

• Hands-on email marketing experience, including building and executing campaigns within an email marketing platform

• Experience designing for and working with paid social advertising

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of digital design best practices and how design translates across platforms and devices

• Ability to balance strong visual design with the technical execution required to bring that work to life

• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and project-management skills

Additional Experience That Stands Out

• WordPress + Elementor

• Prospect2 or comparable email marketing/automation platforms

• Email platform integrations with CRM or ticketing systems

• Paid social campaign experience

• Figma

• Motion graphics, animation, or video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Adobe Express

• Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project-management tools

• Bilingual skills

Portfolio Required

A current portfolio is required. We are particularly interested in seeing examples of email campaigns, websites/pages you have helped build or implement, and digital/social campaign work.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss what they personally designed versus what they personally built or implemented.

What We’ll Ask You About

As part of the initial conversation, candidates should be prepared to discuss:

• Your hands-on experience working in WordPress or another CMS, including what you personally built or maintained

• Your experience with paid social advertising and your role in creating or implementing campaigns

• Your experience with email marketing, including the platforms you have used and whether you designed, built, tested, and/or deployed campaigns

Additional Requirements

This position may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday work to support special events. Candidates must be able to perform light physical work, including occasionally lifting or moving approximately 15–20 pounds.
